Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer information and call records.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.




- Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for smooth customer handling.
- Prepare basic daily/weekly reports related to calls, leads, and conversions.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of [Marathi/other language] will be an added advantage.
- Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
