We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, traffic, and conversions for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Set up and manage campaigns, ad sets, audiences, budgets, and creatives.
- Conduct audience research and identify relevant targeting opportunities.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.
- Conduct A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copies.
- Track leads and conversions and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.




- Prepare regular campaign performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities for paid marketing campaigns.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance analysis.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
