Job Summary

The HR Placement Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities, coordinating with companies, guiding candidates, and ensuring successful job placements. The role involves employer engagement, candidate screening, interview coordination, and maintaining placement records.

Employer Coordination

Identify and connect with Companies for placement opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-ups with HRs and candidates.
Understand company hiring requirements.

Candidate Management

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct resume reviews and basic interview preparation sessions.
Guide candidates on interview process and expectations.




Maintain candidate database and placement tracking reports.

Interview & Drive Coordination

Schedule interviews (online/offline)
Coordinate interview panels and candidates.
Ensure smooth execution of placement drives.
Collect feedback from recruiters.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain placement records and reports.
Track offer letters, joining status, and onboarding updates.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and coordination ability.
Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Organizational and time management skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
