Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled VMC Machine Operator responsible for operating, setting, and maintaining CNC VMC machines to produce precision components as per technical drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines efficiently
- Setup jobs, tools, fixtures as per production requirements
- Load and execute CNC programs as per drawing specifications
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Ensure production quality and reduce rejection rate
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Follow safety standards and shop floor discipline
- Report machine issues to maintenance team immediately
- Maintain production records and job sheets

Required Skills:





- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operation
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic understanding of G-code/M-code (preferred)
- Familiarity with measuring instruments
- Valuable attention to detail and quality focus
- Discipline and willingness to work in shifts

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Machining trade

Preferred:

- Experience in VMC operation (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers)
- Knowledge of tooling and fixture setup

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
