Buybuzz Infra LLP is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining our real estate projects, and scheduling site visits. Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Explain company projects, offers, and services to potential clients.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM systems).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
