Key Responsibilities

* Build relationships with Pain Physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Spine Surgeons

and Anesthesiologists.

* Generate demand and drive product adoption.

* Conduct doctor visits, product demonstrations and scientific discussions.

* Support procedures, workshops, CMEs and conferences.

* Develop KOL relationships and training programs.

* Manage distributors and channel partners where applicable.

* Monitor inventory, collections and customer satisfaction.

* Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports.

* Gather competitor intelligence and market insights.

Qualifications

* B.Sc., B.Pharm., D.Pharm., Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences or equivalent.

* MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

* BDE: 2–5 years healthcare/medical device sales experience.

* BDM:



5+ years healthcare/medical device sales experience.

* Existing relationships with surgeons or pain physicians preferred.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Strong relationship-building ability.

* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build territories from scratch.

* Self-driven, accountable and target-oriented.

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
