About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, processing invoices, handling entries, reconciliations, and assisting with statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and expense entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Verify purchase invoices and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports and statements.




- Maintain proper filing and records of financial documents.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, and other departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Support the senior accounts team in day-to-day financial activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in a manufacturing/engineering company will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
