Job Description:

A motivated Junior ServiceNow Developer to support the development, configuration, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have a foundational understanding of ServiceNow development concepts and a willingness to learn and work with senior developers, architects, and platform teams.
This role provides an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in ServiceNow application development, workflow automation, integrations, and ITSM processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications and modules.
Configure forms, tables, fields, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and workflows.
Support the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and approval workflows.
Participate in requirement gathering, design discussions, and technical documentation.




Assist in developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Perform unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues under the guidance of senior developers.
Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance activities.
Follow development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills
Technical Skills

Basic understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Familiarity with:

Understanding of REST/SOAP web services.
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
