Job Responsibilities

- Attend to customers at the jewellery showroom and understand their requirements and preferences.
- Explain jewellery designs, products, specifications, pricing, offers, and making charges to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their budget and occasion.
- Handle counter sales and achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Demonstrate solid product knowledge and provide a good customer experience.
- Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the jewellery counter is neat and organized.
- Handle billing, order details, exchanges, and other sales-related documentation as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth sales and customer service.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
