Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate quality leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Wayanad region.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals, field activities, and other channels.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Present and explain company products/services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customer segments.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.




- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in the education/EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
