Sparkle Airpower Solutions is an authorised Atlas Copco distributor based in Coimbatore, operating since 2003. We support 1000+ compressors across Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, and the Nilgiris — serving textile, automotive, engineering, pharma, and packaging industries.

About the Role

This is a hunter role. Your job is to find new industrial customers, build your lead pipeline through factory visits and OEM/dealer contacts, and close orders for Atlas Copco air compressors, dryers, and air systems. Closing support is available from the senior team — but prospecting and appointment generation are your responsibility.

What You Will Do

- Generate leads through daily factory visits, cold calls, and OEM/dealer network
- Present our products to customers, gather technical requirements, and prepare quotations
- Follow up consistently to move enquiries to orders
- Report pipeline activity to the sales head weekly

What We Are Looking For

- B2B field sales experience in industrial equipment — compressors, pumps,



generators, CNC machines, or similar capital goods
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Fluent in Tamil & English for reports and email
- Age 25–35 preferred; comfortable with daily field activity

Do not apply if your only experience is in insurance, loans, real estate, or FMCG. This is a technical capital equipment role.
