Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, coordination and successful delivery of a large-scale premium residential development in Kokapet, Hyderabad.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, within approved timelines and to the required quality standards, while effectively coordinating with all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day execution and progress of the project.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and construction targets.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor construction activities across multiple residential towers and associated development works.
- Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Track progress against planned schedules and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure effective coordination between various construction activities.
- Monitor workmanship and maintain required quality standards.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Review contractor performance, productivity and manpower deployment.
- Maintain project documentation, progress reports, measurements and relevant records.




- Identify construction risks and implement timely corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety practices and site procedures.
- Coordinate execution of common areas, landscaping, approach roads, recreational facilities and clubhouse-related works.
- Work closely with management to provide regular updates on cost, schedule, quality and overall project progress.

Candidate Profile

Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

Experience: Preferably 8–12+ years of relevant experience in residential high-rise construction/project management, with experience handling large-scale developments.

Pay: ₹23,376.05 - ₹91,180.33 per month
