Key Responsibilities:

- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and activities that enhance language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and board examinations (if applicable).
- Use innovative teaching methods, including digital tools, to improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain student records, track progress, and provide regular feedback to parents and coordinators.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes discipline and respect.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Strong command of English grammar and literature.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and ability to connect with students of different learning levels.

Preferred:

- Experience in CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and blended learning methods.
