- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Maintenance
- Lead and supervise the Front Office team directly — check-in/check-out, guest queries, reservations, rate management, and OTA coordination
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments so guest requests and issues are resolved quickly, without silos
- Monitor daily occupancy, rates, and revenue in coordination with the revenue management team
- Handle guest escalations and ensure service recovery when things go wrong
- Conduct daily briefings with department heads/staff and ensure SOPs are followed across the property
- Manage staff rosters, attendance, and basic HR coordination for on-property teams
- Oversee inventory and coordination with housekeeping/F&B; for stock and supply needs
- Ensure the property is audit-ready — safety, hygiene, and compliance standards maintained at all times
- Report key operational and financial metrics to ownership/management regularly





What We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience in Front Office operations (Front Office Executive, Duty Manager, or similar background essential)
- Working knowledge of Housekeeping, F&B;, and Maintenance operations — you don't need to have run these departments, but you need to understand how they work and where they intersect with guest experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role at a hotel/resort preferred
- Solid communication and people-management skills — this role requires managing staff across departments, not just your own team
- Comfortable living on-site (accommodation provided) and being available for property needs beyond standard shift hours when required

Pay: ₹18,495.51 - ₹25,401.25 per month
