Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of electrical items. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, increasing sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell electrical products to customers, dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and businesses.
- Generate new leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and customer service.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collect customer feedback and provide regular market updates to management.
- Follow up on pending payments and outstanding amounts whenever required.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer visit reports, and lead records.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.




- Build and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduation is preferred; however, candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.
- Experience in sales and marketing of electrical items, switches, wires, cables, lighting products, electrical panels, and related products will be preferred.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.

Experience

Experience Required: 1–5 Years

Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and a strong interest in sales and marketing may also apply.
