Business Development Executive

Cyril Roy Consultancy Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Development Executive to join our team in Palarivattom, Ernakulam.

This role focuses on reviewing business operations, identifying gaps, analysing team performance, and supporting process improvements across different departments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with reports, communication records, and multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

Review calls, chats, and candidate interactions to assess communication quality and accuracy.

Analyse departmental reports and identify performance gaps and recurring issues.

Identify problems such as delays, missed follow-ups, incorrect information, and coordination gaps.

Prepare clear reports and recommendations based on observations and analysis.

Coordinate with different departments to follow up on identified issues.

Track action points and maintain proper records of improvements and outcomes.

Support internal reporting and provide relevant insights to management.





Identify recurring issues that may require training or process changes.

Maintain confidentiality when handling internal and candidate-related information.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in operations, quality analysis, process monitoring, customer service, business development, or a similar role is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and follow-up skills.

Ability to work with reports, spreadsheets, and digital tools.

Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Palarivattom, Ernakulam, Kerala

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
