we are a leading manufacturer of medical devices with a global footprint across 100+ countries. as we scale operations, we’re implementing Erpnext to streamline manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and hr workflows.

Role Summary

You will drive the end-to-end implementation of ERPNEXT across departments. This includes requirements gathering, system configuration, customization (via scripts or low-code), training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

· lead the erpnext rollout across manufacturing, stock, purchase, accounts, and hr modules

· understand departmental workflows and translate them into erp processes

· configure doctypes, workflows, and permissions

· write server/client scripts, custom reports, and minor frappe customizations

· coordinate with department heads,



train users, manage adoption

· work closely with leadership to define system KPIs and dashboards

· troubleshoot issues and liaise with external devs when needed

Requirements:

· 2–5 yrs of experience with erpnext / frappe framework

· strong understanding of manufacturing workflows

· ability to write custom scripts (js/python) in frappe

· experience managing full-cycle erp implementation preferred

· clear communicator, process-oriented, independent problem-solver

Bonus:

· prior experience in medical manufacturing

· knowledge of sql, api integrations, or docker

· previous work in cross-functional system-building roles

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
