Human Resources Executive

Role: HR Generalist
Location: Chennai (Work from Office)
Experience: 6months –1years

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer closures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, performance logs, and statutory compliance files.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding: induction, policy walkthroughs, system access, and welcome kits.
- Track attendance, leave, and payroll inputs; coordinate with the finance team and share MIS reports.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and assist managers with documentation.
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution,



and exit interviews professionally.
- Coordinate with IT/Admin for new hire provisioning and workplace logistics.
- Organize internal training programs and maintain onboarding and skills-tracking checklists.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws and data protection standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / People Operations
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
