Job Summary

We are looking for an Senior Accountant to support our finance operations, including daily accounting, project-wise expense tracking, billing, banking, reconciliations, payroll support, GST and tax filing, and statutory documentation. The candidate will work closely with the Accounts Manager and other departments to maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and the Day Book.
- Record receipts, payments, journal entries, cash and bank transactions.
- Maintain project-wise income, expenses, advances, and balances.
- Prepare client invoices, advance bills, stage-wise bills, and final invoices.
- Process and verify supplier invoices and purchase bills.
- Track customer outstanding payments and assist with payment follow-ups.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and routine banking activities.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash and project-site expenses.
- Support payroll verification and salary processing.
- Verify vendor quotations and purchase documentation.
- Maintain GST, TDS, payroll, and other statutory records.




- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for audit and compliance requirements.
- Assist with monthly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare financial summaries and reports as required.
- Maintain organized physical and digital financial records.
- Coordinate with Procurement, HR, Sales, Project Teams, and Site Supervisors for financial documentation.

Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 year of experience in accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, payroll, and banking procedures.
- Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is preferred.
- Solid numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
