Location: Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai.

ENATA Engineering is a Pune based company into the B2C distribution, B2C financing and Fleet management of Electric Vehicles (2W and 3W) across India. ENATA has strong affiliations with various eCommerce organizations for their fleet deployments and work with them on the 3PL model where it deploys both drivers and vehicles for their operations. ENATA also engages with non-eCommerce clients for their deployment needs.

An Electric Vehicle (EV) Fleet Operations Manager oversees the daily deployment, maintenance, and charging infrastructure of an electric vehicle fleet to maximize uptime, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Job Summary

The EV Fleet Operations Manager directs the end-to-end lifecycle of electric commercial vehicles. This includes route planning, battery health management, charging schedule optimization, and driver coordination. The role bridges traditional fleet management with modern green energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Fleet Deployment & Routing: Manage daily vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and GPS/telematics tracking to guarantee service reliability.
- Charging Infrastructure Management: Plan, monitor, and optimize EV charging station usage, energy consumption costs, and grid load balancing.




- Battery & Asset Health: Track battery degradation, thermal performance, and state of health (SoH) to plan timely replacements and maintenance.
- Maintenance & Uptime: Coordinate preventive maintenance routines for electric powertrains, brakes, and software updates to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Cost & Energy Optimization: Analyze electricity tariffs, peak/off-peak charging windows, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to reduce operating expenses.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local transport rules, environmental standards, and safety protocols for high-voltage systems.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or EV mobility operations.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of EV architecture, battery management systems (BMS), and charging network protocols (e.g., CCS, CHAdeMO).
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in EV telematics, fleet management software (FMS), and real-time data analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving, vendor negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
