It currently operates 40 centers, including learning, skill development, and library centers, benefiting over 10,000 children with the support of 380+ volunteers. UPAY follows a unique "Education for Education" model, where former students become teachers in their communities. Its mission is to create sustainable social change by making quality education accessible to underserved children.

1. Conducted classes for underprivileged children.

5. Coordinated with volunteers and center staff for learning activities.

Requirements / Qualification-

1. Currently pursuing/completed Graduation.

2. Good communication and teaching skills.

3. Basic knowledge of Mathematics, English, and Science.

4. Passion for working with underprivileged children.

5. Ability to manage a classroom and motivate students.
