Key Responsibilities:
- Manage injection molding shift operations
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time & productivity
- Ensure quality, safety & adherence to process parameters
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality & Production teams
- Manage shop-floor manpower and achieve shift production targets
- Maintain production records and ensure smooth shift operations
- Ideal Profile: Hands-on leader with robust knowledge of injection molding processes and shop-floor management.
