Job Summary

Sky Ocean Shipping is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying current opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves promoting the company’s shipping and logistics services, understanding customer requirements, preparing suitable proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Source leads through calls, emails, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain client and sales records.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Shipping/logistics experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
