Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Tour & Travel for our Tour & Travel team. The candidate should have a strong background in handling both domestic and international travel clients and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert leads into sales opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Handle and manage domestic and international travel clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close sales effectively.
Negotiate with clients and provide competitive travel solutions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Tour & Travel industry.
- Experience dealing with domestic and international clients.
- Proven ability to convert leads and generate sales.
- Robust sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.




- Good knowledge of travel products, destinations and customer requirements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
