- Explain available genuine accessories and their features, benefits, and pricing.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories.
- Generate accessories sales during recent vehicle bookings and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations and accessory packages for customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Delivery teams to identify accessories opportunities.
- Achieve monthly accessories sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the Accessories Fitment Technician for proper installation.
- Ensure accessories are fitted as per company quality and safety standards.
- Verify the quality and completeness of accessories before vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper records of accessories orders, sales, and fitment.




- Follow up with customers regarding pending accessories and fitment requirements.
- Ensure proper billing and documentation for accessories sales.
- Handle customer queries and complaints related to accessories.
- Maintain adequate stock and coordinate with the concerned team for stock requirements.
- Promote accessories packages, offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow dealership and Tata Motors processes for accessories sales and fitment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
