Job Description: Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for putting safety first with a goal to prevent all injuries, occupational illnesses and safety incidents. 2. Perform breakdown maintenance on all CNC/Conventional equipment including diagnosing and repair/replacement of defective parts. 3. Perform simple and complex preventative maintenance on CNC/Conventional production and building equipment at multiple facilities 4. Interpret hydraulic and electrical drawings for breakdown diagnostics using various tools 5. Coordinate and prioritize work to meet production schedules. 6. Support and execute rebuild, reconditioning CNC/Conventional machine projects and provide project leadership as needed. 7. Daily prioritize and confirm work orders using electronic maintenance system. 8. Operation of CNC and robots to perform maintenance activities. 9. Take initiative to document, communicate and correct maintenance issues identified during breakdowns and PM activities. 10. Operate equipment including forklift, man lift, maintenance truck, snowplow truck, etc. 11. Perform other maintenance including snowplow removal. 12. Work and interact effectively in a team environment in alignment with our code of conduct and values in action. 13. May work various shift and workday schedules to meet customer and team needs. 14. Electronically and manually maintain documentation for production. 15. Take initiative to identify, document, communicate and correct problems, report discrepancies and recommend solutions 16. Support team People, Quality,



Velocity and Cost (PQVC) initiatives and daily activities. 17. Complete projects as needed 18. Work with limited supervision

Basic Qualifications:

Diploma/BE degree in electronics/Mechanical or CNC maintenance and 3 years CNC electrical, hydraulic and mechanical maintenance experience including troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and preventative maintenance. Ability to read and interpret machine blueprint and drawings. Top Candidates Will Also Have Ability to diagnose complex CNC problems Ability to utilize computers for maintenance transactions Experience with production and building equipment maintenance Heavy crane equipment experience Ability to read electrical and hydraulic prints and write continuous improvement cards Previous experience operating equipment including forklift, man lift, snow plow truck Ability to utilize computers for production transactions
