HR Executive - Detailed Job Description Location: C-141, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1-3 Years Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR/Business Administration (MBA/BBA HR preferred) Job Purpose Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, HR documentation, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee lifecycle management while maintaining a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Recruitment and talent acquisition for various positions. Coordinate interviews and candidate communication. Employee onboarding, induction, and documentation. Attendance, leave, and HRMS record management. Payroll input coordination and employee data maintenance. Employee engagement and retention initiatives. Performance management support and review coordination.



Exit formalities, clearance, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Maintain employee files, contracts, and confidential records. Required Skills Strong communication, interpersonal skills, MS Office proficiency, recruitment expertise, HR documentation, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Background Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR operations in a corporate workplace.
