Key Responsibilities:

- Produce detailed layouts, sections, and schematics for ductwork, piping, cable trays, and equipment.
- Work with MEP engineers, architects, and project managers to meet specifications and avoid clashes.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), equipment details, and update project documentation.
- Conduct site visits for inputs, verify existing conditions, and create as-built drawings.
- Ensure drawings adhere to industry codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA) and good engineering practices.
- Study and analyze client requirements, technical specifications, and BOQs.
- Prepare accurate and competitive techno-commercial offers for HVAC and CRP airside products.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams for cost estimation and feasibility.
- Prepare technical submissions, compliance statements, and documentation as per project requirements.
- Support sales team by providing timely cost data and proposal clarifications.
- Maintain estimation records, pricing database,



and project files for reference and audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Revit, SolidWorks.
- Understanding of HVAC systems, heat load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, and installation.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems and cleanroom applications.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Valuable command over MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Drafting or related field (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Experience: 2-5+ years in HVAC or MEP drafting/design.
- Soft Skills: Accuracy, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
