About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Program Manager – IT & Cloud Infrastructure to lead and manage cloud infrastructure programs, including cloud migration, transformation, optimisation, and ongoing infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs, cross-functional teams, vendors, timelines, risks, and deliverables.

This role requires a combination of technical understanding, program management expertise, strategic thinking, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage end-to-end IT and cloud infrastructure programs, from planning through execution and closure.
- Lead and coordinate cloud migration and transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Develop migration roadmaps, project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Network, Application, and IT teams to ensure smooth program execution.
- Ensure cloud migrations follow industry best practices, security standards, governance frameworks, and operational requirements.
- Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously while ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Identify program-level risks, dependencies, issues, and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution.
- Establish appropriate program governance, reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and review mechanisms.




- Work closely with internal stakeholders, business teams, leadership, clients, and external vendors/service providers.
- Oversee infrastructure modernisation, cloud adoption, workload migration, disaster recovery, business continuity, and cloud optimisation initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, migration plans, processes, SOPs, and operational handovers.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance, availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support capacity planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT infrastructure and cloud operations.
- Provide regular program updates, executive reports, and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Program/Project Management, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
- Proven experience managing cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of:

- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into business outcomes and actionable program plans.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives independently.

Preferred Certifications

Any relevant certification such as:

- PMP / PRINCE2
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect / AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
- Microsoft Azure Administrator / Azure Solutions Architect
- Google Cloud Professional certifications
- ITIL
- Safe or other program management certifications
