About the Role

We are looking for a Service Engineer with hands-on experience in medical equipment, preferably dialysis machines. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive service, complaint handling, and customer support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle installation and commissioning of dialysis machines independently.
- Provide technical service, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for medical equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage local spare-parts inventory and maintain related records and reports.
- Provide support to engineers in other regions during deputation or short-term assignments.
- Submit daily activity reports through WhatsApp/email.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to the Team Manager/Supervisor.
- Maintain proper service documentation and follow reporting guidelines and timelines.
- Generate equipment leads from existing as well as new customers.
- Support the Sales and Clinical teams during doctor workshops, CME programs,



product demonstrations, and other customer activities.

Willingness to travel across New Delhi at short notice.

Required Qualifications

Diploma: ECE, Biomedical, Mechanical

OR

B.E./B.Tech: ECE, EEE, Biomedical, Mechanical

Experience:

- Diploma holders: 5+ years of relevant experience
- B.E./B.Tech holders: 3+ years of relevant experience
- Preferably experience working with dialysis machines or other medical equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and good reporting skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
