We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Domestic Staffing with 2–10 years of experience in staffing/recruitment business development and current client acquisition.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in acquiring corporate clients for Domestic IT and/or Non-IT Staffing, Recruitment Services or Manpower Services.
The primary responsibility will be to identify prospective companies, generate leads, connect with decision-makers, acquire new clients and generate staffing/recruitment requirements.
Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Services / Manpower Services business development and client acquisition. Candidates with only generic sales or business development experience from unrelated industries will not be considered.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
