Job Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with customers/retailers/distributors, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned area/territory daily to meet potential and existing customers

- Promote and sell to [target customers — e.g., retailers, households, businesses]

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Identify new business opportunities within the territory

- Collect market feedback and report on competitor activity

- Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer interactions

- Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable)





Requirements

- [Minimum qualification, e.g., 12th pass / Graduate]

- [0–2 years] of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a related field (freshers can apply)

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to travel within the assigned area

- Smartphone for reporting/CRM use
