Job Summary:

The Architect will be responsible for architectural design and coordination across multiple projects. The role ensures that design, construction, and marketing objectives are met through effective communication, design review, and coordination with various teams, including MEP, Sales, RCC, Structural and other consultants.

This position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of architectural activities, contributing to project quality assurance and alignment with overall business goals.

Architecht will be responsible for seamless integration of MEP, structural and design architect.

Ensuring the project plans are executed in compliance with design specifications.

Coordinate with teams to review project timeline and resolved issues.

Handling the process of pre-design with RCC, MEP and other consultants.

Collaborate with marketing and sales team to contribute the development of marketing and support site level coordination.

Maintaining communication with site team and resolve any issues that would be arising on account of drawings.
