Typical Responsibilities

- Conducting complex laboratory tests and analyses
- Operating, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory instruments
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality-control procedures
- Training and mentoring junior laboratory staff
- Managing laboratory supplies and inventory
- Assisting scientists, researchers, or medical professionals with experiments and investigations
