Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Chef to work full-time with a family based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Asian and Continental cuisines, along with a strong understanding of healthy cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare daily meals including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner

- Design weekly menus based on the family’s preferences and nutritional needs

- Specialize in Asian and Continental cuisines while maintaining variety

- Ensure all meals are healthy, balanced, and freshly prepared

- Manage sourcing and purchasing of fresh, high-quality ingredients

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen at all times

- Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards





- Adapt meals based on dietary preferences or restrictions

- Ensure consistency in portion control, presentation, and meal timing

- Coordinate with household staff for smooth kitchen operations

- Prepare meals for small family gatherings or special occasions when required

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Private Chef or in premium restaurants/hotels

- Strong expertise in Asian and Continental cuisine

- Good knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and nutrition-focused meals

- Culinary certification or professional training is preferred

- High standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety

- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy personality

- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to family preferences

- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
