Content Strategist

We're looking for a Content Strategist who doesn't just ask “What should we post?” — but thinks:

“Why will people stop scrolling, watch it, share it, and remember the brand?”

What You'll Do

- Develop monthly & weekly content strategies for brands.
- Create content pillars, themes, formats and content calendars.
- Research trends, competitors, audience behaviour and viral content.
- Ideate engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, posts and campaigns.
- Write strong hooks, scripts, captions and CTAs.
- Develop content ideas based on brand objectives and audience psychology.
- Work closely with video editors, designers, photographers and social media teams.
- Give creative direction for shoots and content execution.
- Track content performance and identify what's working and what's not.
- Use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement and conversions.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, AI tools, trends and changing content formats.

We're Looking For Someone Who





- Has a strong understanding of social media & content marketing.
- Can identify a good content idea before it becomes overused.
- Understands hooks, storytelling, retention and shareability.
- Has excellent creative thinking and communication skills.
- Can turn a straightforward idea into a scroll-stopping concept.
- Is comfortable working with a fast-moving creative team.
- Has a portfolio or examples of content/campaigns they've worked on.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.
Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong understanding of content are also welcome.
