Job Summary

D’LIFE Interiors is looking for an energetic, confident, and self-motivated Marketing Officer – Fresher to join our Hyderabad team.

The role is primarily focused on business development, referral partner networking, lead generation, and market development for residential interior projects.

The candidate will get an opportunity to learn the interior design industry, sales process, customer relationship management, and business development, with career growth opportunities into Client Management and Sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop a network of potential referral partners in the assigned Hyderabad market.
- Approach real estate consultants, property brokers, builders, architects, channel partners, and other relevant contacts.
- Introduce D’LIFE Interiors and its residential interior solutions to prospective partners.
- Generate potential home-interior enquiries and leads through referrals, networking, field activities, and local market development.
- Conduct regular field visits and meetings with referral partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with partners.
- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective referral partners.
- Maintain an updated database of referral partners and leads generated.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Client Management team for lead follow-up and conversion.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate the company's interior solutions effectively.
- Support the branch team in achieving monthly business development targets.
- Track daily activities, meetings, leads, and follow-ups and submit regular reports.
- Study local market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Participate in promotional activities, networking events, and local marketing initiatives.
- Gradually learn the complete sales and client management process.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- BBA / MBA Marketing candidates preferred.
- Candidates interested in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Real Estate, or Interior Design are encouraged to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
