We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably from the polymer, plastics, compounding, extrusion or masterbatch industry.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production machinery and utility equipment, minimizing breakdowns, supporting preventive maintenance, and ensuring smooth and reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day electrical/mechanical maintenance of plant and production equipment.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and identify root causes.
- Maintain production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production teams for planned maintenance and quick breakdown resolution.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor critical spare parts and coordinate for replacement/availability.
- Support installation, commissioning and modification of machinery.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and according to SOPs.
- Follow 5S, safety and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors/service engineers whenever required.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in:

- Polymer Compounding
- Masterbatch Manufacturing
- Plastic Extrusion
- Plastic Processing
- Polymer Manufacturing
- Plastics Manufacturing

will be preferred.

Experience with extruders, mixers, pelletizers, feeders, cooling systems,



conveyors and associated plant equipment will be an advantage.

Education

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics / relevant engineering discipline
- ITI with strong industrial maintenance experience may also be considered.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
- Good understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Polymer/plastics industry experience preferred
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
