Summary:

UST is looking for an experienced E1 QA Lead with strong functional expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) and hands-on experience in leading QA and testing activities

Location: Bengaluru, India
Role: E1 QA Lead / SQA Lead

Key Responsibilities

- Lead E1 functional, integration & E2E testing activities.
- Strong understanding of OTC/Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing & Finance.
- Perform requirements analysis, Fit/Gap analysis, test scope planning and test strategy.
- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, test plans and RTM.
- Coordinate UAT cycles with business and IT teams.
- Lead defect management, QA meetings, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure compliance with SQA, validation, SDLC and PMF processes.
- Work effectively across Agile and Waterfall projects.
- Drive QA documentation and continuous process improvements.

- Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional/distributed teams.
- Capable of independently leading QA activities and UAT cycles.
