Job Summary

Aimore Technologies is looking for energetic and student-friendly Communication & Reading Skills Trainers to train students, especially those from non-IT backgrounds, to confidently read, understand, explain, and present technical and professional documents.

The trainer will help students improve their English reading ability, pronunciation, comprehension, communication, and presentation confidence so that they can understand course materials and perform better in interviews and the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students to read English documents clearly and confidently.
- Help students understand technical documents written in simple and professional English.
- Improve students' pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and sentence delivery.
- Teach students how to understand a document instead of simply reading it word by word.
- Make students read course materials, project documents, job descriptions, emails, interview questions, and workplace documents.
- Explain difficult words and technical terminology in a simple way for non-IT students.
- Conduct regular reading practice sessions individually and in groups.
- Train students to summarize and explain what they have read in their own words.
- Improve students' confidence while speaking in front of others.

- Mock Qualified Conversations
- Identify students who need additional support and provide individual guidance.
- Track students' improvement and maintain basic performance records.




- Coordinate with technical trainers and placement teams to understand students' communication requirements.
- Prepare students to communicate confidently during HR interviews, technical interviews, and workplace interactions.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent reading, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain English in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Should be comfortable training students from non-IT and diverse educational backgrounds.
- Good presentation and classroom management skills.
- Patient, encouraging, and capable of handling students with different communication levels.
- Prior experience as a Communication Trainer, English Trainer, Soft Skills Trainer, Spoken English Trainer, IELTS Trainer, Personality Development Trainer, or Placement Trainer will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication and training ability may also apply.
