1. System Administration: Install, configure, and manage Windows/MacOS systems, including hardware, software, and peripherals.

2. Network Administration: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.

4. Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats, including antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.

5. Backup and Recovery: Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.

6. User Support: Provide technical support and train end-users.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and applicable laws.

8. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Requirements:

1. Education:



Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in Windows environment.

3. Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Windows/ MacOS operating systems.

- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance regulations.

4. Soft Skills:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
