Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, team-oriented Technical Recruiter to take complete ownership of our end-to-end hiring requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced workplace, possesses a deep understanding of technical recruitment, and possesses the grit to follow through on mandates until successful closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical mandates.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels (including Naukri and other portals) to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process,



maintaining clear communication between candidates and internal teams.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, relationship building, and salary/offer negotiations.
- Take complete ownership of assigned hiring mandates and drive them to successful closure.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of IT and technical recruitment concepts.
- Proven expertise in talent sourcing, headhunting, and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without constant instruction.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage candidate coordination seamlessly.
- A strong team player who actively supports and collaborates with peers.
- A "get it done" attitude with the agility to adapt to a fast-paced recruitment workflow.
