About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Trainee to support our Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

This is a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior accounting or data-entry experience who are looking to gain practical experience in accounts and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update financial and accounting data accurately.
- Perform regular data entry in Excel and accounting software.
- Enter invoices, bills, receipts, payments and other financial records.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital accounting documents.
- Verify data and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Assist the Senior Accountant in maintaining accounting records.
- Support basic reconciliation and record verification.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Assist with routine accounts and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of assigned work.

Eligibility

- Qualification:



B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance or any relevant graduate qualification.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software will be an advantage.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Should be willing to learn and work under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.
