Job Summary

Travozet Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead and manage overall plant operations. The Plant Head will be responsible for Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Safety, Cost Control, and Manpower Management while ensuring operational excellence, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and resources.
- Monitor production planning and execution to meet customer delivery commitments.

Operations Excellence

- Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Continuous Improvement practices.
- Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and reduce downtime.

Quality Management

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to minimize rejection, rework, and customer complaints.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Maintenance Management

- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance of all machinery and utilities.
- Minimize machine breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
- Manage plant infrastructure and utility systems effectively.

Inventory & Dispatch

- Oversee Stores, Inventory Control, and Material Planning.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and dispatch of finished goods.
- Monitor stock accuracy and inventory optimization.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations,



safety standards, labor laws, and environmental norms.
- Maintain a safe workplace and promote a zero-accident culture.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training programs.

Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop production, maintenance, quality, and stores teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
- Maintain employee discipline and positive industrial relations.

Budget & Cost Control

- Prepare and manage plant operational budgets.
- Control manufacturing costs, wastage, and resource utilization.
- Drive profitability through operational improvements.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor KPIs related to production, quality, safety, maintenance, and cost.
- Report plant performance to senior management.
