We are looking for a *BPO Executive* who can handle day-to-day operational activities, MIS reporting, data management, and coordination with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and strong knowledge of MS Excel.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle daily BPO/operations-related activities.
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Maintain accurate data and update records regularly.
* Track team performance, productivity, attendance, and operational metrics.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
* Prepare Excel reports and dashboards as required.
* Monitor pending tasks and follow up with concerned teams.
* Handle emails and routine client/internal communication.
* Maintain proper documentation and records.
* Support the team with ad-hoc reports and operational requirements.
*Required Skills:*
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Strong knowledge of *MS Excel*.
* Experience in *MIS reporting and data management*.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with large volumes of data.
* Good attention to detail.
* Comfortable working in an office-based BPO environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
