Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirements gathering, project planning, stakeholder management, delivery coordination, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Analyze business processes and workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with development, QA, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
- Act as the key communication point between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Work with development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Coordinate UAT, user training, implementation, and project handover.




- Drive continuous improvement using Agile/Scrum methodologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management, preferably in the IT/software industry.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis skills.
- Positive understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of UAT, solution implementation, and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- PMP, CBAP, Scrum, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
