Senior HR Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Recruiter with solid recruitment skills and prior Real Estate hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Manage hiring for sales, corporate, operations, and support roles.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and follow up until joining.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Requirements

- 4+ years of recruitment experience.
- Prior Real Estate hiring experience is mandatory.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or relevant field preferred.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
