We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive cum Video Editor to own our brand's presence across social platforms — from ideating content to shooting, editing, and publishing it. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can think like a marketer and execute like an editor.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and execute the monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms

Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy aligned with brand voice

Track trends, audio, and formats (especially Reels/Shorts) and adapt them to the brand

Schedule and publish posts; monitor comments, DMs, and engagement

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, watch time) and report weekly/monthly insights

Collaborate with the marketing/growth team to align content with campaigns, launches, and promotions

Stay current with platform algorithm changes and best practices

Video Editing & Content Production

Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form content (YouTube, ads) using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects

Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality





Repurpose raw footage/UGC into multiple content formats for different platforms

Assist with basic shoots (product, lifestyle, talking-head) using a phone/camera and straightforward lighting/audio setup when needed

Maintain an organized content library (raw footage, edited assets, templates)

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in social media management and/or video editing (agency, brand, or freelance experience considered)

Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)

Strong understanding of Instagram/YouTube content trends, especially Reels/Shorts

Basic graphic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) is a plus

Good written communication and copywriting skills

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently

A portfolio or reel showcasing past edited content is required

Good to Have

Experience with paid social/influencer collaboration coordination

Basic photography/videography skills

Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio)
