Has the responsibility of the implementing the most effective and efficient sourcing tool to close the client requirement and achieve assigned GP

What you’ll be doing

- Responsible for handling IT & Non-IT requirements for Professional Staffing.
- Manage, Mentor and Drive the recruitment team to achieve business goals
- Work with the team and increase their performance, by constantly engaging and developing them
- Client and Account management
- Achieve performance and revenue targets
- Responsible for achieving efficiency in process and delivery.
- Responsible for updating the regular MIS and publishing Recruitment Dashboards to the management
- Achieve performance within specific deadlines
- Should act as a coach and mentor for the team

Job Requirements

Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Work experience -Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing, Onboarding and Client Relationship.
