- Cafe Rue 18, a specialty coffee and pastry cafe in Ludhiana, is launching a new premium cake menu and looking for a skilled Pastry Chef with hands-on experience making entremets (French mousse-based layered cakes with mirror glaze finishing).

This is an immediate-start role - we're looking to onboard within the next few days.

What you'll do:

- Design and produce a signature entremet menu for our display case

- Own the cake/dessert program end to end - recipe development, execution, and presentation

- Work with our team to source ingredients and maintain consistent quality

What we're looking for:

- Proven experience making entremets (mousse layering, mirror glaze, precise assembly) - please include a portfolio or photos of your work with your application

- Formal pastry/culinary training preferred (Lavonne, IHM, or equivalent)

- Comfortable relocating to Ludhiana on short notice
